FEBRUARY 22 MACHINE GUN SHOOT
Yes, another call for more volunteers to help on the 200 meter range. If you can volunteer for the day, or morning or afternoon on the line, please let Dave Gelbogis know at 352-795-5479. And if you can volunteer on open range that day, please let Jerry Martin know at 305-582-4780. Plus, volunteers are needed in the clubhouse for serving, answering questions from visitors about the club, working the front gate for spectators and of course the big clean up when we’re finished for the day! Just show up and we’ll find a spot for you!
MARCH GUN & KNIFE SHOW
We will need volunteers, again, for our March 28 & 29 show. Checking guns, walking aisles to make sure guns are strapped, selling drawing tickets, answering questions about our organization at our club table, just to mention a few jobs. We meet lots of new people who inquire about the club, our junior programs, our matches and our ranges and I find it great to share all our club has to offer! If you can give your time for a morning or an afternoon or all day or all weekend, we’d certainly be happy for your help. And we can’t forget clean up at the end of each day too! This is just a sampling of our volunteer needs. We appreciate you all so much. Just as I stated last month, our volunteers are the heart and soul of our club!
NO OPEN CARRY
There is no open carry unless you are a range officer or involved in a match that requires holsters in its scenarios. The only other exception is law enforcement who are required to be armed on or off duty.
Come out and enjoy your sport and your club!
